“Whenever I am stressed out, it’s an indication that I don”t have the strategy or the structure for where I”m at. Stress is a warning bell that you need to reboot, recalibrate, and either change your structure or your strategy,” Jakes says. “But no matter whether things are going up or going down, always remember that you would not be stressed or frustrated if you were not close to what you were trying to achieve.”
