A few lessons from Alli and Adrian…
- As a founder or a leader, you’re expected to have all the answers, to know what you’re doing, to have it all figured out, but it’s OK if you don’t, or if you have a lot less figured out than more. You will make mistakes, but you’ll also learn.
- When it comes to impostor syndrome, the bad news is, we all actually are impostors—we all have labels we are scared might be true of us, so we live our lives not to be that. The good news is, that doesn’t matter. You are not your history; you are your purpose. The best we can do is notice our thinking, and if we notice that my thinking isn’t me, it’s just what I happen to be thinking.
