How Kill Crew Is Facing Mental Health Problems Head On

Kill Crew is a fitness and lifestyle clothing company based in Los Angeles. The company was established in 2020 by Colton Dobson and Marco Passaquindici to help Americans improve their physical fitness and deal with mental health problems.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, there were “an estimated 52.9 million adults aged 18 or older” with Any Mental Illness (AMI) in 2020. However, just 24.3 million “received mental health services in the past year.” That’s why Kill Crew has been assisting people struggling with mental health issues.

How does Kill Crew operate?

Every person faces different internal battles that negatively affect their mental and physical health. Regardless of financial status, education or social status, everyone has a specific ‘demon’ they need to fight.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by personal and professional stressors? Physical exercise is an effective tool to harness negative energy—working out can reduce your stress levels. At least 30 minutes of exercise per day, performed around three days a week, may have a significant positive impact on depression or anxiety symptoms. However, if you work in an office with less physical movement, it is possible that a lack of physical activity could increase stress levels.

To help you achieve these mental and physical health benefits, Kill Crew plans to establish gyms in various parts of America where you can go to exercise.

How mental health defines your physical health

Your mind is interconnected to other body parts; as such, it is no surprise that mental health problems can cause physical symptoms as well. Depression and anxiety are two of the more common mental health issues you might deal with. When stressed, your mind and body may feel exhausted, impacting your ability to perform routine work. Taking care of your mental wellness preserves your physical wellness.

How Kill Crew will help you develop a positive mindset

You are not alone in your quest to fight mental health problems. Kill Crew has created an online community with more than 370,000 followers to help those struggling with anxiety, stress and depression.

The brand has created a line of clothing that they sell at affordable rates on Amazon to destigmatize mental health problems.

The campaign against mental health problems has been endorsed by leading USA celebrities and public figures. Tim the Tatman, Travie McCoy and Chase Edmonds are among the public figures supporting the brand’s vision. Even if you aren’t struggling with these issues, you can join the brand’s community of followers to support its mission of promoting a mentally healthy society.

Fight against mental health problems

Kill Crew is touching the lives of thousands of Americans. The brand has donated clothes to the homeless to alleviate their stress, and has also been donating funds to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
