Catherine Shank had been working as a full-time nanny and part-time warehouse worker for several years, but she always felt like something was missing. Shank sees herself working with Northestar for several more years. She loves helping people through her work, and hopes to continue doing that on a larger scale.
Her advice to anyone looking to follow in her footsteps is to learn time management. “Don’t think that you have to know everything to get started,” she says. Be consistent and know your “why”—it will be what motivates you to get out of bed and put in the work every day.
